Please read and follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

Important Notice

By booking our studio, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines. Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of your booking without refund and potential ban from future bookings.

General Rules

Your reserved session begins exactly at the scheduled start time, not when you begin shooting.

If you need setup or preparation time, please book additional hours.

Clients who end early will still be charged for the full duration booked.

Late arrival reduces available studio time; bookings cannot be extended.

Late arrival does not qualify for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.

Valid ID required for all studio bookings.

Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces.

Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas.

Professional conduct is expected from all clients and crew.

Do's

Arrive on time for your booking to maximize your studio time.
Book extra hours if you need setup, preparation, or packing time.
Treat all equipment, furniture, décor, walls, floors, and props with care.
Leave the studio in clean and orderly condition after your session.
Report any damages or issues immediately.
Follow fire safety and emergency procedures.
Keep noise levels reasonable.
Respect other clients using adjacent spaces.
Dispose of waste in designated bins.

Don'ts

Don't exceed the maximum occupancy.
Don't move or remove studio equipment without permission.
Don't use nails, screws, or adhesives on walls.
Don't block fire exits or emergency equipment.
Don't bring pets (unless pre-approved for shoots).
Don't sublease or share your booking without permission.
Don't use open flames or pyrotechnics without approval.
Don't leave the studio unattended during your booking.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or refunds are allowed.

No rescheduling is permitted once a booking is confirmed.

Advance once paid would not be refundable and will not be adjusted for any future booking.

This policy applies to all circumstances including health conditions, traffic, weather, or personal emergencies.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment (including 5% VAT) is required to confirm any studio reservation.
Payment must be confirmed before studio access is granted.
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
Advance payments, once paid, are not refundable and will not be adjusted for any subsequent booking.
Additional charges apply for overtime usage (automatic charge for exceeding booked time by 15+ minutes).
Equipment damage will be charged according to actual purchase or production cost.
Excessive mess or disorder will incur a 150 AED cleaning fee.

Safety & Emergency

Fire Safety

Fire extinguishers are located throughout the facility. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits upon arrival.

First Aid

First aid kits are available at the reception. Notify staff immediately in case of any injuries.

Emergency Contact

In case of emergency, contact our staff immediately or call emergency services at 999.
