1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SuperBoss Film Production & Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Studio Time & Usage

Session Timing: Your reserved session begins exactly at the scheduled start time, not when you begin shooting or arranging equipment. We recommend booking additional time if you require setup, preparation, or packing time.

Full Duration Charges: Clients who end their shoot early will still be charged for the full duration booked, as the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.

Overtime Policy: If you exceed your booked ending time by more than 15 minutes, the system will automatically charge for an additional full hour. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our schedule for all clients.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, please note that client lateness reduces the available studio time, and unfortunately, we cannot extend your booking to compensate for late arrival.

Late arrival does not qualify for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, as the studio time has been reserved for your exclusive use.

4. Advance Payment Requirements

Booking Confirmation: To confirm any studio reservation, we require a 50% advance payment, which includes 5% VAT as per UAE regulations.

No Refund or Adjustment: Advance payments, once paid, are not refundable and will not be adjusted for any subsequent booking.

No Cancellations or Refunds: We do not offer cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all situations including health conditions, traffic delays, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

No Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations or refunds under any circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the booking cannot be canceled.

No Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not permitted once a booking is confirmed. The booked time slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be changed.

Policy Applicability: This policy applies to all circumstances, including health conditions, traffic delays, weather conditions, or personal emergencies. We recommend planning ahead and ensuring your availability before confirming a booking.

6. Studio Care & Damage

Client Responsibility: Clients are financially responsible for any damage to studio equipment, furniture, décor, walls, floors, or props during their rental period.

Compensation: Compensation will be charged according to the actual purchase or production cost of the damaged item. We appreciate your care in helping us maintain our facilities in excellent condition for all clients.

7. Cleanliness & Additional Charges

Studio Condition: We kindly ask that the studio be left in a clean and orderly condition after your session, just as you found it.

Cleaning Fee: Excessive dirt, disorder, or mess will incur an additional cleaning fee of 150 AED. This helps us maintain our high standards and ensures the next client enjoys a pristine workspace.

8. Studio Rental Services

Booking and Reservations: All studio bookings must be confirmed in writing. A booking reference number will be provided upon confirmation.

Payment Terms: Payment is required as per the agreed terms at the time of booking. Full payment may be required before studio access is granted.

9. Studio Usage Rules

Permitted Use: Studios are to be used only for professional photography, videography, and creative production purposes.

Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, dangerous stunts without proper safety measures, and activities that may damage the premises are strictly prohibited.

Equipment Care: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, props, or facilities during their rental period.

10. Equipment and Props Rental

Condition: All equipment and props are provided in good working condition. Clients must report any issues immediately.

Liability: Clients are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment and props during the rental period.

Return: All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received, clean and undamaged.

11. Liability and Insurance

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own equipment, crew, and talent during the rental period.

Insurance: Clients are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their activities and equipment.

Limitation of Liability: SuperBoss Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities.

12. Safety and Security

Safety Compliance: All clients must comply with safety regulations and guidelines provided by SuperBoss Studio.

Emergency Procedures: Clients must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures.

Security: Clients are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and equipment.

13. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All content created by clients remains their intellectual property.

Studio Branding: SuperBoss Studio retains the right to use images of the facilities for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Agreement to Terms

By reserving a time slot at SuperBoss Film Production & Studio, you confirm that you understand and accept all the rules and conditions outlined in this document.

15. Modifications to Terms

SuperBoss Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
